Buddies Give Back!

Giving Back is one of the most important thing we can do  as people. Giving More Than You Take is embedded into the ethos of Scentsy! Scentsy sets the bar high for this by always giving back to us in amazing ways and I in turn encourage our team/group to give back in everyway that they can too!

I think one of the most important things you can do as a leader is to be an advocate for something that you believe in and show others the positive that can come from Giving Back. We are all so blessed and when we look at all of the tragedies around us, we should hugs our kids tight, kiss our loved ones, and appreciate all that we have and how quickly and easily it can all be taken away from us by a natural disaster!

As you all know there have been horrible tornadoes all over the Midwest, South, Southeast, and Northeast the past few weeks. Many lives have been lost and entire communities have been demolished! The loss is great and the impact on children in these communities is unimaginable! Some have lost parents, some have lost homes, some have lost their schools, their communities, and their friends. Some have lost all of the above and more!

As a Scentsy Consultant I am always amazed - no, I'm more blown away - by the generosity and compassion of other Scentsy consultants. Scentsy Consultants are always looking for ways to make things easier, lessen the pain and burden, and put a smile on the faces of others. Some of these amazing consultants have started a fabulous program called Buddies of Hope. This program gives Scentsy Buddies to the children who have been impacted by these natural disasters and who have suffered great loss! There are lots of children impacted and they NEED MORE BUDDIES! So...we're going to come to their rescue, collectively participate, and share our own Scentsy love with these consultants and the children in need!

So...here is our Scent Warriors Buddies Of Hope Giveback! For the next 2 weeks (through June 10th) we are all going to collect Scentsy Buddies to give to these children.

If we all participate - we can put a smile on the faces of a lot of children and give them something of comfort as they deal with their loss! Additionally, you may want to take your commission from these buddies and donate them to a community partner (Red Cross, Salvation Army, etc) in these communities as a way to further give back!

I would like you to all post your progress with this challenge on the FB Page AND I will send a small goody to everyone of you that participates! Collect 15 buddies or more and I will send you something a bit more special! :)
